1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Can 14.5 oz Chicken Broth
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
14 oz pkg spaghetti (cooked, drained, rinsed, broken and cut up)
4 Cups Cooked & Cut Up in Bites either Chicken or Turkey
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup diced Celery.

Directions:
In a large sauce pan (large enough to hold everything) melt butter/margarine, blend flour and seasonings over low heat, stirring constantly until it is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth and cream. Place back over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, boil and stir 1 minute then stir in cooked spaghetti, chicken or turkey and celery. Pour into ungreased 8 x 11 pan. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350F.º
