1can 16oz salmon 1 small onion finely chopped
2Tbsp fresh parsley minced 1tsp dill 1tsp lemon
juice garlic powder to taste (optional) black pepper
to taste 2 large eggs well beaten 1-11/2C Panko
bread crumbs (seasoned) 3Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour salmon and liquid into a medium mixing bowl.
Flake with a fork salmon and remove or mash bones. Mix in onion,parsley,dill,lemon juice and pepper. Mix in the beaten eggs and add enough
bread crumbs 1/2-3/4C to make thick enough to form into 12 small patties. Roll patties in remaining
bread crumbs. In a large heavy skillet over low heat
melt 2Tbsp butter;add patties and fry slowly on one
side;add remaining butter and turn patties and fry until brown on other side. Serve with Tarter sauce or your favorite topping.
