1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. grated orange rind



Topping:
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. butter, melted


Icing:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 T. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in large bowl.  Set aside.  Combine egg, oil, milk, and orange rind;  mix well.  Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.  Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Mix topping ingredients until crumble.  Sprinkle over batter in tins.  Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.  Remove from pan.  Combine icing ingredients.  Drizzle over muffins.
