1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 1/2 lbs. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute shrimp in butter for 4 minutes until shrimp turn pink. Add parsley, garlic, lemon juice, broth, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Drain fettuccine; top with shrimp mixture. *You can also use frozen cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Just add shrimp to melted butter and proceed with recipe.
