8 lb Dark liquid malt
1/4 lb Black patent malt
1 lb Munich Malz
1/2 lb Special B malt
1/2 lb Belgian aromatic malt
1 oz. Chinook hops
2 oz. Fuggles hops
Edinburgh yeast

Directions:
Follow normal home brewing methods (60 minute boil).
The chinook hops go in at 0 minutes (the whole boil)
The Fuggles go 1 1/2 oz. at 30 minutes and 1/2 oz. at 50 minutes.
Pull the hops, cool, and add wort to primary fermenter. Top with water as necessary. When wort hits about 80 degrees pitch the yeast.
OG was approximately 1.09
FG was approximately 1.01
(Roughly 9% ABV)
If you are bottling prime with malt.
We kegged and force carbonated.
