1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 8-oz container whipped topping, i.e., Cool Whip, thawed
1 6-oz graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
1 20-oz can cherry pie filling, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer. Gently stir in whipped topping and spread into pie crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling just before serving, if desired.
