1 bag Pepperidge Farms stuffing
2 1/2 c. chicken stock, made from chicken base (very strong stock)
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 c.bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the stock in a saucepan, and melt the stick of butter. The liquid should be hot but not boiling.
Combine in a large bowl with the stuffing mix.
Grease an 8 inch loaf pan with the butter wrapper.
Press the stuffing into the loaf pan. Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan and oregano together. Sprinkle this blend over the stuffing. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the loaf is firm, typically 30 minutes.
Serve in slices.
