1-30 oz. pkg. thawed, frozen hashbrowns (Mr. Dell)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Pint sour cream
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. dried onion or 1/2 C. chopped, fresh
1/2 C. melted butter - divided
1 t. each salt & pepper
2 C. crushed Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hashbrowns, celery soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, onion, 1/4 cup of melted butter and salt & pepper in a large bowl. Put mixture in a 9x 13 glass pan, that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix crushed Corn Flakes with remaining 1/4 C. melted butter. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake 60-70 minutes at 350º (Cover with foil for 1/2 of bake time & them take foil off.)
