1 whole chicken cut up
2 cups flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green bell pepper
2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 chopped green onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Directions:
wash chicken under cold water pat dry with paper towel cut up season and.set aside. in skillet heat oil, slowly add flour stirring constantly cook on low heat until dark brown.add chicken add onion celery .and bell pepper cook on medium heat about 10 minutes add water bring to a boil. lower heat simmer about 30to 45 minutes
