1/2 cup sliced almonds or cashews, toasted with 3 tablespoons sugar
1 bag of lettuce
1 cup celery, chopped coarsely
4 green onions, sliced
11 oz can of mandarin orange sections, drained
1 apple (Macintosh), chopped
1 bag of Crazins
1/2 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled
Parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the nuts with the sugar in saucepan until well-coated.
Toss the lettuce, celery, green onions, mandarin orange sections, Crazins and Bleu cheese in a large salad bowl. Combine the olive oil, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper. Pour over salad ingredients; add apples and nuts.
