2 THINLY SLICED ONIONS
SALT & PEPPER (I USE SEA SALT OR KOSHER SALT AND COARSE BLACK PEPPER)
FENNEL SEED
GARLIC POWDER
1 TO 2 TSP. DRY BASIL
2 JARS TRADER JOE'S TOMATO BASIL MARINARA
SPAGHETTI PASTA

SAUTE ONIONS IN HOT OLIVE OIL (I USE AND ELECTRIC FRY PAN). SET ASIDE (TAKE OUT OF PAN). SPRINKLE CHICKEN WITH SALT & PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER AND FENNEL. BROWN IN OIL, ADD MORE OIL IF NEEDED. AFTER CHICKEN IS BROWNED, ADD ONIONS BACK TO PAN AND ADD SAUCE AND BASIL (CRUSH DRY BASIL WITH HANDS). COOK ON SIMMER FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. SERVE WITH PASTA AND FRESH GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE.
