2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
2 T. olive oil
1 T. white balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
8 thick-sliced bacon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Remove silver skin from tenderloins. Cut pork into slices, about 2 in. thick. Mix oil, vinegar, chili powder and pepper together. Rub mixture over pork, cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Cook bacon in microwave until partially cooked, then wrap around each fillet, securing with a toothpick. Grill on both sides for about 5 minutes each, then using the indirect-heating method for grilling, continue to cook until meat registers 160ºF.
