4 bags Ore Ida Southern Style Potatoes
4 quarts heavy whipping cream
2 bags shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 c. cornflakes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes and 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese together. Place potato mixture into 2 greased 9 x13 baking dishes. Pour 2 quarts heavy whipping cream over the potato mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
