1 pound lean ground Turkey
1 Head Green Cabbage
1 Jar (16 oz) Sauerkraut, drained
1 Can (16 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 Can (8 oz) crushed Tomatoes
1/2 Cup diced onion
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1-2 garlic gloves finely chopped

non fat or low fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Core Cabbage, boil or steam until leaves are soft and you can pull the cabbage apart.

Mix turkey, egg, spices, 1/2 of the sauerkraut, onions in a bowl. Smash together.

Peel cabbage leaves and cut the thickest part of tough stem off. Mound meat in each cabbage leaf , about 1/4 cup per (2 1/2 to 3 inches long) Roll up meat/sauerkraut mixer raw in leaf.

Pour 1/2 of the Tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking pan. Put cabbage rolls on top of sauce. Once pan is full, pour remaining sauce and crushed or diced can of tomatoes over the cabbage rolls. With the remaining sauerkraut scatter across the top of the cabbage rolls

Cover and bake at 325 for an hour. Un cover and bake for about another 1/2 hour.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream....

Delicious, also very low in fat and carbs! Enjoy!
