Ingredients:  
Green bell pepper (to your taste)
Vidalia onion or sweet onion (to your taste)
¼ Roma fresh tomato
1 sliced baked turkey lunch meat
¼ slice 2% Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. honey
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Egg beater equivalent of 2 eggs
1 tbsp. Virgin olive oil

Use small omelet skillet. Cook on medium. Add olive oil. Add chopped green peppers, chopped onions, and chopped tomato. Sautee until onion and pepper are tender. Add Mrs. Dash seasoning. Add egg beaters. Add honey. Add chopped turkey meat. Add Swiss cheese. Cook until omelet starts to brown on bottom. Fold over with spatula. Let cook for a very short time. Eat and enjoy!
