1 kilogram beans (lima)
1/2 kilogram of chopped onion
3 tablespoons paprika
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the beans in salted water until tender. then drain and transfer to an oven ready dish. Saute the onions in oil until slightly browned. Near end of sautéing stir in the paprika. Mix this into the beans you have set aside. Bake at 380º for approximately 45 minutes or until it has a golden color to it. It can be served warm as a main lenten dish or cold as a side dish.
