Ingredients:  
1 jar or can of Herdez Caesar Salsa
1/2 - 3/4 red onion, chopped
5-7 Roma tomatoes,chopped
1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 yellow peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped*
a squeeze of fresh lime
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients as stated above. Mix together with Herdez salsa. Blend half of mixture in blender and add back to bowl with remaining chopped mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
Salsa will keep a week in the fridge.

*Omit jalapeno pepper if you want mild salsa.
