1 lb lean ground beef
10 oz can diced rotel tomatoes
15 oz frozen or refrigerated chili
1 lb velveeta cheese, cut up
15 oz can ranch-style beans
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In dutch oven, brown ground beef and drain fat. Add rotel, chili, cheese and beans. Cook over medium-low heat until cheese and chili are melted and well-blended. Add whipping cream and blend well.
Serve over tortilla chips or fritos.
You may top with any/or all of the following:
lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, slice green onions, black olives, guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

I make the meat mixture ahead and put in frig. Just put in oven and reheat at 350 until hot. Leftovers can be frozen.
This recipe says it will serve 8-10 bit I have found if you increase the amount of ground beef it will go a lot further.
This is fun for a large group, put each topping in separate bowls and let everyone make their own.
