Cake ingredients
2 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
1 stick butter,
4 tablespoons cocoa,
1 cup water,
1/2 cup vegetable,
1/2 cup butter milk,
2 eggs,
1 teaspoon Baking soda,
1 teaspoon cinnamon,

Icing Ingredients
1 stick butter,
2 tablespoons cocoa,
6 tablespoons milk,
1 box confectionery sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla
nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cake
Sift together flour and sugar.
Bring butter, cocoa, water and vegetable oil to a boil.
Add to flour mixture.
Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon. to above mixture.
Bake at 350 in a 9x13 pan for approximately 25 minutes.

Icing
Make just before cake is done.
Bring to a boil butter, cocoa, milk.
Add sifted confectionery sugar, vanilla and nuts if desired.
Pour over cake while hot
