1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
4 bananas
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease loaf pan. Cream sugar, softened butter and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mash bananas with water. Combine mashed bananas into batter and mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. You can add chopped nuts if desired.
