1 box lemon cake mix
Icing:
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake as directed on box. Cook in layer pans. Cool. For icing: mix Eagle Brand milk with lemon juice. After cake has cooled, put this mixture in between layers saving 3/4 c. to add to Cool Whip to put on top of cake. Cake needs to be kept in the refrigerator.
