1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except egg white. Make small balls. Dip cookie in beaten egg white then roll in chopped nuts. Bake 5 minutes, remove & press thumb on top and return to oven and bake 8 more minutes.
