4 slices of prosciutto
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 sprigs of fresh basil
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 c dry white wine
4 slices Fontina cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil a baking dish.

Make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast. Place a small slice of prosciutto and a fresh basil leaf inside.

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan until foaming and fry the chicken breast for about two minutes on each side until browned. Then remove the chicken breasts to the baking dish. Add the wine to the frying pan juices until sizzling and pour over the chicken. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Fontina cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
