1 16-oz. jar green olives with pimentos
1 10.2-oz jar Kalamata olives, pitted
1 16-oz jar pickled cauliflower, carrots, celery and pepperoncini
1/2 c. olive oil
2 T. capers
2 T. green onion, chopped
1 T. garlic, minced
1 T. bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop olives and pickled vegetables. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well mixed and ingredients are finely chopped. Refrigerate overnight. Use as a dressing for Muffulettas or spread on pita chips for an appetizer.
