3 Tbsp oil
6 Corn Tortillas
6 4 oz Tilapia filets
1 pkg vegan taco seasoning
olive oil spray
1 lime
1/4 c chopped cilantro
1 chopped tomato
1/2 c salsa and/or guacamole
Directions:
Directions:
Create individual foil packages for the fillets, spray package with oil & place fillets inside. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the filet. Slice lime into 6 pieces, and place lime slices over the filets. Close the foil packages. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Fry tortillas over medium high heat, blot and bend into taco shells.

After tilapia is cooked through, open up foil packet, discard lime, and enjoy the fish with you favorite taco ingredients like cilantro, tomatoes, salsa and guacamole!

Note: If you want to mix the taco seasoning for the fish yourself, here's a recipe. Use about 1/4 tsp of this per fillet and save the rest:

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
