1 loaf Muffuletta or Italian bread
2 T. olive oil
2 c. olive salad (see index for recipe)
1/2 lb. hard salami, sliced
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese slices
1/2 lb. cooked ham, sliced
1/2 lb. provolone cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread horizontally. Brush each side of bread with a small amount of olive oil. Spread one cup of olive salad on bottom half of bread. Cover in layers with salami, Swiss cheese, ham and provolone cheese. Spread remaining olive salad on top half of bread and place on top. Cut into individual sandwiches.

Muffuletta bread is a round loaf commonly found in New Orleans' grocery stores and bakeries. Italian bread has a similar taste and consistency and can be used instead.
