2-3 potatoes
seasonings
bacon bits
shredded cheese
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 375*.

*Clean and scrub potatoes. Slice 1/4″ thick.

*Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet; spray potatoes with cooking spray and season.

*Bake 30 minutes; flip and season again. Bake additional 15 minutes.

*Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.

*Return to oven until cheese is melted.

*Serve with sour cream for dipping.
