Ingredients:  
1 can bean dip (or 1 can refried beans, mashed)
3 ripe avocados (or prepared avocado dip)
2 tbsp. lemon juice (omit if using dip)
salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pk. taco seasoning mix
1 cup chopped scallions
3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup ripe olives
8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In deep serving dish, layer beans, avocado mixed with lemon juice (or dip), sour cream mixed with mayonnaise and taco seasoning, scallions, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.

Added fresh cilantro tastes delicious!
