6 large peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
2 t lemon juice
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 T corn starch
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt

Topping:
1/2 c quick oats
1/4 c milk
4 T cold butter
1/4 c flour
1/4 c brown sugar

Topping:
1/2 c quick oats
14 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Mix apples
with other ingredients, place apple mixture in
9" square pan.

Topping:
Soak quick oats in milk. Place cold butter, flour,
brown sugar and cut with knife until crumbly. Mix
with oats and milk and crumble over apple mixture.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
