bag of your favorite frozen vegetables
a couple tbsp. olive oil or cooking spray
salt
pepper
garlic powder (optional)
red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Either line or lightly grease a baking sheet. Empty contents of bag onto the tray, still frozen. Pour up to 2 tbsp. oil or use cooking spray to cover vegetables. Add salt & pepper along with any other optional spices on veggies. Put baking sheet in oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Stir halfway through for best results. Oven temperature and time may vary; however, veggies should be slightly browned when finished.
