8-10 medium potatoes
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 8oz carton sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk (make take a little less)
garlic powder (to taste)
8-10 bacon strips (fried & crumbled)
3-4 green onions (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter potatoes, boil in water until done, then drain. Season with salt, pepper and enough milk to make a little thinner than regular mashed potatoes. Beat sour cream and cream cheese together and add to potatoes. Season with garlic powder to taste. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle cheese, bacon and green onions over the top.
