1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 to 1 1/2 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp

1. Mix 1/4 cup of bread crumbs with salt and pepper. Cream the butter, garlic, parsley, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Add to crumb mixture. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter; add cooked shrimp over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Pour into a casserole; add sherry. Place small pieces of De-Jonghe butter (refrigerated butter mixture) over the shrimp. Sprinkle the rest of the bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes.
