1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. salt
2-3 lb. cut-up chicken
2 c. water
1/2 pt. sour cream
5 Tbsp. flour

Dumplings:
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute green pepper, onion and carrots. Add chicken and seasoning. Saute for 10 minutes. Add water, cover and simmer slowly until chicken is tender. Remove chicken.

2. Mix sour cream and 5 tablespoons flour. Mix well. Take out some broth and add to sour cream mixture until well blended; then add to broth. Mix well. Return chicken to broth. Heat through. Serve with dumplings.

3. Mix 2 eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Add enough water to the mixture so that it is soft enough to drop from a teaspoon into salted boiling water.
