1 onion, chopped finely
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 loaf bread dough

Directions:
Directions:
1. Set dough to rise. Lightly brown the onion in hot oil; add the meat and brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped eggs and mix well. Cool.

2. When dough has risen, stretch it out. Break off pieces of dough and fill with meat mixture. Pinch to seal. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
