1 cup country ham pieces
1 cup white sauce (recipe below)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 egg, well beaten
toasted dry breadcrumbs

SAUCE:

2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
*Place ham in a food processor.

*Add white sauce, Worcestershire, dry mustard, egg, salt and enough bread crumbs to roll into balls.

*Form balls, then roll in additional bread crumbs.

*Deep fry in 350* or until golden brown.

FOR SAUCE:
*Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and salt. Stir until smooth.

*Add milk, stirring constantly and cook until thick.
