1 lb beef, cut into strips
1 small can of mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp garlic powder
4 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1.25 cups + 2 Tbsp beef broth
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
*Sprinkle meat with garlic powder and brown in 2 Tbsp butter or oil. Add mushrooms and onions; cook until veggies are tender and meat is cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

*Melt 2 Tbsp butter in same skillet. Stir in tomato paste and flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in the 1.25 cups broth. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.

*Reduce heat. Add sour cream and 2 Tbsp broth; mix well. Return meat mixture to skillet and stir. Heat through but DO NOT LET BOIL.
