Salmon of your choice. (I usually have the skin removed) 1-2lbs
Olive Oil
1/2 - 1 stick of Butter
Panko Bread Crumbs
Butter
Capers (optional)
Lemon Herb Seasoning (McCormick)
Italian Seasoning
Garlic (Fresh or Crushed)
Half of a Fresh Lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse salmon. Pour olive oil over top of salmon and lightly sprinkle with panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top. Set in refrigerator for a bit just so bread crumbs attach. (not mandatory)
Bake in oven at 350º for 30 minutes uncovered or put salmon in aluminum foil and cook on the grill.

Top it Off Sauce (Optional)
Saute butter. Add capers (your choice on amount) Add fresh or crushed garlic, lemon pepper and any other seasoning you like. Saute until butter is melted and sauce is nice and hot. Pour over baked salmon and squeeze a half of a lemon over baked salmon. Serve with wild rice and vegetable. Easy to prepare and delicious!
