Crust:
60 Ritz crackers (1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine

Filling:
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 9-oz container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Crush crackers and mix with sugar and margarine. Press into a 9 x13 pan. Save some crumbs for top.
Stir orange juice into milk, add oranges, then the Cool Whip. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
