NutBalls 21/2C cracker or bread crumbs
11/2C ground nuts (any kind) salt and pepper to
taste 1tsp. Accent (optional) 1lg. onion choppped
fine 3tsp. sage 11/2C Colby cheese grated
3 garlic cloves pressed 6Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 8 eggs 2Tbsp tomato sauce (optional)
Sour Cream-Mushroom Sauce 2 cloves diced
garlic Bunch green onions chopped. 1can mushroom soup 8oz sour cream.
Sweet and Sour Nutball Sauce 1C brown sugar
11/2C ketchup 1/2C Hickory Farms BBQ Sce.
or your favorite 1Tbsp soy sauce 1Tbsp vinegar or
lemon juice 2tsp. curry powder 1/4C water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
For nutballs mix all ingredients and form walnut size and freeze at least
overnight.
Sour cream-mushroom gravy
In medium saucepan saute garlic and onions until
soft. Add equal parts sour cream and mushroom
soup and thin with water and heat through.
Sweet and Sour Sauce Mix together all ingredients
and thin with water. In a saucepan heat and stir until heated. Take sauce of your choice and pour
1/2 into pan and add nutballs then cover with rest
of sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and
serve warm over rice or spaghetti.

Make them smaller and serve in sweet and sour
