1 lb. ground beef
1(26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 (7 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Directions:

Brown meat, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley. Spoon 1 c. of meat sauce in slow cooker; top with layers of half each of noodles, broken to fit; and cheese mixture. Cover with 2 c. of meat sauce. Top with remaining noodles, broken to fit; cheese mixture and meat sauce. Cover with lid. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand, covered for 10 minutes or until melted.
