Enchilada Sauce 1-28oz can Las Palma's Sauce
(red or green chilli sauce 1-28oz can Tomato sauce 8oz.water with 2Tbsp of flour mixed in
4Tbsp sugar 1Tbsp garlic powder 1Tbsp onion
powder salt and pepper to taste
Filling 2 lg. onions chopped 2 sm. cans of chopped black olives 4lbs. shredded cheese
30-50 corn tortilla's and enough vegetable oil to
heat them up Preheat oven to 350 degrees

FOr the sauce mix together all ingredients and heat
until it thickens and then simmer for 1 hour on low
heat. Dip tortilla's in heated oil and remove to paper
towels to drain and cool. For filling mix togehter all
ingredients. Grease a 13 x 9inch pan and pour in
enough sauce to cover bottom. Take corn tortilla's
and dip in sauce then fill and roll up and place in pan until it is full. Then pour remaining sauce over
tortilla's and top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350
degree oven for 45 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!!
