1 Acorn Squash ( Small )
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Pieces of Waxed Paper
20 Mini Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Acorn Squash in half. Remove all the seeds and discard.
Place each half of squash in microwave safe bowl,
cut side down and cover with waxed paper.
Cook at high setting for 2 1/2 minutes.
Remove from microwave and turn over.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and brown sugar to each half. Cover again with waxed paper and cook for 1 1/2 minutes at high setting.
Remove from microwave and add 10 mini marshmallows to each half. Place waxed paper back on the top of squash and cook at medium setting for 45 seconds.
