1 lb ground chuck or lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp shortening
12 oz tomato paste
18 oz water
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef with the first three ingredients - salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Form into balls. Roll in flour and brown in the shortening. Sauce: Combine tomato paste, water, green pepper, onion, celery, cheese, pepper, onion, celery, cheese, pepper, salt, oregano, garlic powder. Cook on low heat for 2-3 hours.
