10-15 jalapeņo peppers
tub of whipped cream cheese
1 cup finely shredded co-jack cheese
10-15 slices pre-cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat your oven to 275.

*Slice jalapeņos down the middle and use a paring knife to remove all the seeds and ribs.

*Mix together cream cheese and shredded cheese.

*Push into one corner of a ziploc bag and snip off the tip.

*Pipe cheese into the pepper halves.

*Cut bacon in half and wrap a piece around each pepper, securing with toothpicks.

*Bake 25-30 minutes, slow and low, so the peppers cook but the cheese doesn't bubble out.
