2-3 lb hamburger
1 sm jar jalapenos
1 lg onion
1 pkg corn tortillas (20 count)
2 lg cans enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, jalapenos, & onion. Dip tortillas in hot grease. Line bottom of plate with a little sauce. Lay tortilla on plate, add a lg spoonful of meat mixture & then roll tortilla. Put in pan. Cover with enchilada sauce, cheese, & onions. Bake at 350` for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you like, you can also add some jalapenos the last 5 minutes of baking.

When you dip the tortillas in hot grease, you will turn them after a couple of seconds. I lay them by layers on paper towels until I'm ready to use them.
