3 cups unsalted almonds and cashews
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
6 tablespoons of milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and milk in a saucepan.
Stir only once and cook to a softball stage. (240º)
I still test with the water method.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir in the nuts -
coat quickly.
Turn out nuts onto wax paper and let cool. Break
apart when cooled.
