2 lbs fresh green beans, stems removed
6 oz crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
4 strips bacon
bacon fat

optional: 2 tbsp roasted garlic and onion jam

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in frying pan. Remove bacon, let cool, and crumble it. Leave bacon grease in pan, and add green beans. Fry beans until limp (about 25 minutes). 2-3 minutes before it's done, add cheese, bacon, and jam(optional). Serve warm.
