6 oz. box onion & garlic salad croutons
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
4 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk, divided
3/4 tsp. ground mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
26 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in a greased 3 quart baking dish. Spread cheese and ham on top. In a bowl whisk eggs, 2 1/4 cup milk and ground mustard. Pour this mixture over dish; cover and place in fridge overnight.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking the casserole. Combine soup and 1/2 cup milk to blend well. Pour on top of casserole. Place hash browns on top; sprinkle with paprika and pepper.

Cover dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
