1 ¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup shortening
½ cup peanut butter
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
36 chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake 10 minutes at 350
degrees. Remove from oven and place chocolate kiss in center of each cookie. Move to rack to cool
completely.
