Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
milk
water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. In a 4-cup measuring cup, beat the eggs; add the oil, vanilla, and enough milk to measure 3 cups. Fill to 4 cups with water. Gradually add to dry ingredients, whisking with wire whisk to get rid of the lumps. It should be lump-free by the time you have added all 4 cups of liquid. Add another 4 cups of water.
Heat saute-pan over med-high heat. When hot, ladle in enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. When cooked, flip over to cook the other side. Remove from pan. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and roll up. Lay them side by side and top with ice cream.
